All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details so you can monitor delivery progress.
During high-demand periods, such as Christmas or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always strive to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Deliveries are handled by trusted UK courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please note that rural areas or exceptional weather conditions may cause minor delays beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey in real time. If tracking shows a delay or delivery issue, please contact our support team for assistance.
Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Ever Flask cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, redelivery may incur an additional shipping fee.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the packaging or damaged item so our support team can resolve the issue promptly.
